Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS notification with order details.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders across India.

  • We deliver only within India through our trusted partner Shipway.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

    • Remote / Outlying Areas: up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, courier service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipway tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also track your order directly through our website’s Track Your Order page using your order details.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at the details below.

  • Please keep all packaging and product(s) intact, and share photos if applicable.

  • We will work with Shipway to resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Both outbound shipping (sending your order) and return shipping are free.
